I had booked 3 Air India tickets from Jammu(J&K) to Leh(Ladakh) with departure date 3 April 2020.
But due to lockdown Air India canceled the flight and now when I contacted Air India through email (ecommerce@airindia.in) they are saying I have to charge cancellation fees.
I have appended the screenshot of the email replied by Air India.
