Dear Sir

I had purchased a top loading LG washing machine on 12th Aug 2016 from Vijay Sales at Baner , Pune and the machine was directly delivered to my current residential address , even the tax invoice proves the same. During that time I had raised the issue of slight bending of the fibre on the top of the machine for which i was told that the same is mfg design. Now post coming back from my native place after almost 4months when I have started using the machine , the top door is not opening properly . I complained your call centre for which i was given the Complain No RNP 161224046928
Mr Wasim visited and said that the fibre is damaged and needs to be changed for which i will have to pay 1200/- since we shifted or used warm water . I called up your call centre who gave me Sr Customer Care Arika Bhosale 7875443879 closed my complain number stating high charges.
Ms Arika received my call once and gave me Sr Service Engineer Mr Balaji ‘s number 9764440233 who never never bothered to call back even after my repeated calls.

Sir , why should I pay 1200/- , My invoice states the current residential address where the machine is currently situated , hence their is no question of any shifting also.
