Complaint about Defective machine by IFB and no service provided

I bought a IFB washing machine (TL- SDG 9.5 KG AQUA) on 30th June’16 from Vijay sales, Thane west. I’m having problem with IFB washing machine since first month.
The first complaint I registered with IFB customer care on 29th August’16, when suddenly my washing machine stopped working. The last complaint I registered with you was on 22nd September’16. (Ticket No. 1103514489) and since then I have called to IFB customer care on many occasions after that. Following is the details of my complaint with your customer care:-
1)29th Sept.’16 (Ticket No. 1103514489)
2)26th Sept.’16 (Ticket No. 1103550640)
I also received a message saying that my complaint has been resolved (1103514489), when IFB technician said the machine has some defects and told me that he will follow with the company regarding this problem. But nothing has been done on that front as well.
After that I have again registered a complaint on next day on 27th sept.’16 (1103561414), after which I haven’t got any response from IFB side.
After that I spoke to IFB PR department on 30th September'16 to which he said that he will send a technician next day and no one came or even called for the same since.
