Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a Whirpool washing machine bought in Oct'2014. After using 3-4 months it stopped working. Since then till today the machine had stopped working for almost 10-12 times for various reasons, with a gap 2-3 months. Every time the service person replaces some part. Till now apart from motor and outer sheet metal each part e.g panel, wire harness, drain motor, suspension rods, individual wires etc. have been changed once sometimes twice.

I am fed up of this i need full reimbursement my money paid to purchase the machine.

I raised this to Whirpool but every time but they insist on replacing the component.

Please help to get the my money back.
