I ordered IFB Senorita Aqua VX Front-loading Washing Machine (6.5 Kg, White) from Nagpur city based retailer Roopam Electonics,6,Medical Square,Medical Chowk dated 11 October 2016.
The problem started from the very First day when Installation Guy came and instructed us its working.The guy left after starting a 30 minute wash.But the machine neither washes the cloth properly nor dries the clothing.
Even after the whole 15 days no service guy solved the problem completely.It is disgusting for a Brand New product.IFB after sales service is terrible.
We need replacement with a new machone or want our money back.The product itself is an Manufacturing Defect.
IBF after sales service is pathetic.
Kindly look into the matter asap.Thank you.
