We have purchase Goderj machine & had extended AMC for the same.

Service Provider M/s Siddhesh Enterprises
Area - Dombivli East (Pin Code - 421201)

Case History -
They have visited & changed the part on 14th Aug- Call Was not Closed in system that means they were aware of the same that it was a faulty part & actually it was an faulty part & stopped working again.
We have been continuously following for the same from 16th Aug till today, But today when today to Dombivli Service Centre on Mob No.9820643204 Madam told that this model is been discontinued by the company & we wont be able to serve you further you may take your AMC money back & cancle the Contract.

When called Mr. Nilkanth Mob No.9819757437 told that the part is not available he repeated the same too.

Such type on answers not accepted.

Either need the same to be serviced immediately or need a replacement with similar or higher configuration.
