Machine not being attended despite AMC, IFB complaint no 11001673773 is not been resolved

My IFB complaint no 11001673773 is not been resolved since 2nd of July. The service is pathetic. Call centre only keeps delaying tactics like it will be attended shortly but the day is yet to come.The machine is under 2 year AMC. Nobody in IFB is serious about it. Please help.
