Travel Ticket cancellation no refund

I booked a bus ticket to travel from Pune to Amravati via NOOR TRAVELS website (www.noortravels.in) on 01st March 2016. The PNR no. is 57269202-1459. The journey date was 05th March 2016. But I cancelled the ticket on 03rd March 2016 via the same website (www.noortravels.in). But till date I haven't received any refund amount. When called noor travels they gave Travelyarri - Mantis Pune office no (020 -44820020) to talk regarding payment issues. But there is no response from Travelyarri pune office.
