Refund by thenicetours.com paid for a travel package

I paid for a travel package where they send an email to me that I will receive a samsung phone as a gift but after few weeks they said I will not get the gift so I Asked for a Refund. Their executive said that the refund would be done in 45 days.
I did the refund formalities on 23rd January and when I called today they said they will not refund the amount and said do what ever you want.

    I got a call from thenicetours company saying that I have been selected as a lucky customer for happy hours wherein I will be given a package of Rs. 24k just for Rs. 9k and a assured gift of Samsung mobile J7 or Sony Cyber shot camera. I was told to pay the package amount through payumoney. After making the payment their executive (Mr. Rajeev) never called me again. I have to call them often for my package as well the gift. I made the payment on 12 December 2015. Till now I haven't received any gift as well package. When I asked for refund he said that its under process and that it will be credited in 45 days. It's almost 3 months I am continuously following up for the money but no luck still. Bloody fraud people, bastards they are.

    Rajesh, i very well know that you are somebody from the company itself and just trying to save your company's name from gettimg being spoiled. And so that you guys can keep cheating innocent people like me. There are so many people who have fallen victim to the nicetours frauds. In such a situation how can there be someone who has got the best services from them and gift as well. Its all bullshit and stop fooling people around.

    Shivam, can you show the proof that you have received the services from nice tours and that you are not a part of nice tours. I am talking about thenicetours.com based at Noida which is a fraud company.

    Hi Guys,

    This is Amit from Mumbai. I guess to have fallen for the same as I too had received a call for a package of Rs.9966/- wherein I will get a Samsung J7 phone. After confirming all the details I received a call from their executive stating that the phone will be courired to be today but now when I try to call them, the numbers are either not reachable or switched off. I was contacted by Mr. Rajiv. Can we somehow come together and get these guys out.

    Hi Amit, I have been waiting for almost around 7 months now. But they still have not given me refund. I was also contacted by Mr. Rajiv and for the same package of 9966. They say that you take your complaint back and then only we will give u refund. I think we should collectively lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Forum. Let me know your view.
