M/s. Vacationsgateway made promise (in written mail) to give guarantee gift of Blackberry phone Z30 if I purchased holiday package worth INR 7799/-. The incident happened in 2014 October. But did U turn on this promise.

They even agreed to give full refund on mail on March'15, post my incessant complaint letters to them but still no refund has materalised.
