DearSir/Madam,
I booked above trip on 21stNov2015 through ThomasCook travel agency on 21/11/15 for Journey on03rdDec15,but cancelled due
to flooded Chennaiairport and
trip was postponed to 10/12/15,but never tool place
as the mail message ent by the company never reached me in time due to not availability of electricity
prior to the trip.I ashed them to reschedule the trip but till09/1/2016 there was no communication from the firm,hence,I went to their office with a complaint for the repayementof Rs.35230 to me,the complaint was also not accepted by Manager,and she asked me to write to Qualitycontroldept,which I did not do as I did not make the promised trip.To this date ie15/1/16 there is no refund and no trip.Hence,I reaquest you to ask them about either tripor full refund,which I asked them 0n09thinstant.I would be very much obliged,if you ask them about it,and let me know what is the reason they don't refund my money,as they havnt given me a trip to srilanka,which they posted that on their website.It is as good as cheating somebody by promising a false promise openly.With regards,and looking forward to your reply,Yours Sincerely,
