Refund of Bus Fare , I would like to raise my concern about a very bad experience

I would like to raise my concern about a very bad experience which I had due to lack of proper information. On 28th Aug at 13:19, I got the SMS confirming by boarding at Palakkad bus stand at 21:15. We arrived the bus stand at 21:00 and called the crew's phone number 9847467051. The crew informed the bus is still at Kaladi and it will reach at least 3 hours to reach Palakkad. I requested him to allow me to board an ordinary bus which was starting from Palakkad. He switched off him mobile and was not reachable. I contacted the customer care number and requested, he also refused to help me by allowing to travel on another bus in which there were plenty of vacant seats. Since it was raining, there is no comfortable place to wait indefinitely and it is critical for me to reach Bangalore early morning, I traveled with the ordinary KSRTC bus by purchasing new tickets.

There was no SMS/call update about the delay/ bus running late. I came on a taxi by spending Rs.1000 from Alathur. It was not possible for me to go back to home and come again. If there was an update, I could have come late to the bus stand.

Though the inconvenience and mental stress can't be repaired, here by I request to process my refund.
