We booked tickets from Bangalore to Coimbatore on a Friday night and return ticket on Saturday Evening. The bus from Bangalore to Coimbatore was caught by RTO office and no alternative was provided. We went back to our place in Bangalore. So we couldn't even take the bus from Coimbatore. As we stayed in Bangalore. The refund for Bangalore to Coimbatore journey has been made but the refund for return journey is still not considered and been replied. Even when I have tried cancelling the ticket during that time it dint allow me to.
