My Sister was traveling From Bangalore To Muddebihal on Jan 28 with her 2 kids. The bus timing was at 9.15 I had booked the tickets thru PayTM. I board from Jayanagar 4th block at 7pm. As I had received msg from SRS Travels that the bus is scheduled at 8.15 as I got wrong message from SRS Travels that was there 1st Mistake later on when the bus arrived on time, me and my sister and there kids got in the bus, it was almost 9.40pm when the bus was about to departure at 9.15 when my sister went to driver and asked to leave. The Unmannered Driver said until the manager won't ask us to leave they will not... When I got down from bus and asked who is the consult person to speak a fellow came doesn't know his name he was so arrogant and when I asked who is Manager and at what time the bus is to leave when it's almost 9.40 he said manager is at home he had dinner n he is about to sleep, if You want the journey then you have to wait....! He spoke in such an attitude way then later he said 2customers r on the way you Shud Wait..
None of our bus passengers helped us instead I got huge Anger and said am I the person in the bus travelling for when am listening to this shit...!
Later Co passengers Started with driver's that they should be on time by 8am in morning. A driver named Mohammed Kembhavi was so arrogant and speaking by harassing that you should Wait, don't Teach us what to do when to drop and all... His culture and Behavior made me not to travel ever in SRS Travels!!! Being such arrogant driver's spoils the name and prestige of the Travelling Agencies!!!
Later I took click of bus with driver's and Numb then there talks were do what ever you want in slang Words... Will look Off people like you barks and goes we are in this feild from so Many years!!!
Am uploading the pics with ticket, Drivers pic and bus number..
I want the strict action to take on this driver's who r Manner Less and uncultured..

I have been traveling from Bangalore to Belgaum timing 8:00pm from Anand Rao stop. I request the conductor to please stop some where the bus so that I go to washroom for 2 mins it to urgent but he replied in bad manners this was not expected from SRS travels I may prefer to go in VRL travels next time bus no
