Priority Service miss guide and cheating

Dear Madam/Sir's,

I had been cheated by Priority service with many promises which was not mentioned on initial agreement promising all the service will be confirmed over the mail, but its turned in defensive mode.

I am summarizing few points best of my knowledge and i need your support badly in this matter.

I have been following up for refund of for membership fee from more than 6 months since promise was different & document provided was different.

Some facts around the issue.



In fact Priority team called introducing themselves and invited saying you got price from Priority service of Domestic Vacation/International Vacation, Local site seeing, Kitchen set worth of 80000/- based on coupon filled in the super market" in Jun 2016.

We had been to the place where they invoiced and they promised many service for almost 1hr few of them listed in my 1st mail to Priority service and also promised that unlike all other holiday service Priority will not do wrong promise and will confirm all in the mail.

Priority service team commitment was different before payment & agreement was given different stating we will take approval for all promises without fail & communicate through mail but no response even after multiple reminders, after pressurizing few reverts with different conditions then promised on the event.


I have been stick in the same stand from the beginning, they give oral confirmation one and mail communication in different way. My statement was clear from the beginning if they are ready to provide all service listed below without fail asked to confirm or else to refund. My 1st communication coping to have better clarity & also attaching original mail copy.

(((Request you to confirm following, these points are based on discussion with your executives on the day we paid the money.

1. AMC need to pay only if we are planning for the vacation and free 5*/7* accommodation, free food facility for all day’s, free site seeing visit with the guide, free local car facility (fuel expense need to bear by us/traveler) valid for 365 day’s. if not AMC payment is not applicable for the year.
2. If in case we wish to sell out the Vacations, we will be getting some returns based on season & AMC will be taken care by the broker/Buyer.
3. If I wish to sell out membership it is allowed after successful completion of the 1st year.
4. We are eligible fully paid one international & one domestic trip for 4 peoples for 6 nights & 7 day’s with 2 years validity as welcome offer(which includes fully paid flight for 4 peoples, free 5*/7* accommodation, free food facility for all day’s, free site seeing visit with the guide, free local car facility and if we need to have 2 more people along with us we need to pay INR 30,000/-, you will be arranging all facilities which we get free of cost.
5. We are eligible for life time Club membership.
6. We are eligible for indoor games & summer camps for free of cost.
7. We are eligible for Snap/Golden Fitness member ship facility in any of the center free of cost & this will be valid till the Membership exist.
8. We are eligible for 10+2 years yearly vacations with the fixed AMC in case if we plan for the vacation or else point 2 applicable.
9. We are eligible for 6000/- Food coupons (as a birthday gift) per year & this will be valid till the Membership exist.
10. We are eligible for free hall for parties for 5 times in a year with the free decoration & this will be valid till the Membership exist.

Based on this commitments we paid INR 230,000/- then signed the agreement. If any of the points not valid then please cancel the membership & refund in next 7day’s )))


It’s my hard earned money I repaid to bank as this payment was done on Credit card. I would like to get complete money with Credit card interest rate as they are delaying on payment not bothered to response.

I have gone through lot of prostration on this issue also tried address to their Headquarters and regional office, begging to refund, they did not shown any courtesy till date on this matter, I am attaching few communications for evidence.
