hi,
I travelled to South Africa for 7 days on tourism and asked makemytrip to give me a specific national park (Kruger National Park) the entire itinerary mentioned it, but when I reached there, I was kept 60km outside the park. The main reason for my travel was to visit this place. My entire visit and money spent was impacted due to this. I paid for 1 day to this park on my own cost. I am asking the cost paid to makemytrip and my flight ticket which was booked seperately
I am indian citizen based out of USA.
Any help on this will be appreciated. I have mentioned my india address
