I got a gift from my friend a tavel gift coupon of Rs.10000 on 18th dec 2014 valid for a year but when I was planning to book they said it's not valid even before its expiry. I contacted the company person but they said it's another shot problem I contacted them they did they will look into the matter but no response from them. Finally coupon got expired.
