Excess deductions to KSRTC online refund website

I tried booking tickets from Davangere to Bangalore on 04/08/2016 night. Amount has been deducted 3 times from my account (Total of Rs. 988/-) but no booking was done. then i wrote to KSRTC online refund website. they refunded only one transaction (Rs 310/-)and replied me that the amount corresponding to other OB references has not reached them.I requested them many times but they were out rightly refusing to refund the rest 678 Rupee. this has caused me lot of mental agony i want to sue them for this civil case. i have attached the OB references against which they have made the deductions.

1. OB 21080795 - amount 339/-
2. OB 21082834 - amount 339/-
3. OB 21082848 - amount 339/-

In my email i recieved these three OB references and deductions against them as 339/- rupee each, but from bank account 339/- rupee has been deducted twice (Total of 678/-).

    For cancellations of ticket they deducting too much of money in case emergency only they will cancel the ticket but refund is too less please consider my request
