Cancellation site not working, bus late, booked total 8 tickets form GSRTC ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE

I have booked total 8 tickets form GSRTC ONLINE BOOKING SERVICE on 6th Jan 2018.
It is very unfortunate to let you know that we have to cancel all the tickets.
Moreover cancellation link was not working.
Bus came 1 hour late to Vadodara Bus stop.( date of journey 7th Jan 2018, by 7.30 pm GSRTC bus from VADODARA TO MUMBAI)
All our 8 students have onward journey from Mumbai to Bangalore on 8th Jan.
Because of this delay driver of the bus was not giving guarantee of reaching the bus 1.5 hours late, instead of 5,30am scheduled arrival..
Because of this last minute delay of the Vadodara Mumbai GSRTC bus-

1. All 8 students had to face lot of difficulties,
2. We had to purchase urgent open ticket of Vadodara express .
3. Students had to travel by general compartment, without reservation.

We request your good selves to CANCEL ALL our 8 tickets and refund the same amount to my account..
