Refuse to make refund MakeMyTrip.com, booked for a trip on April 25 towards kerala.

I had booked for a trip on April 25 towards kerala. Later, on May 20 there were news of Nipah Virus breakout in Kerala. There was an publishment from Kerala government for people traveling towards Kerala. In this scenario, I had to opt for cancelling the trip considering the virus break which had no medication or vaccination. MMT were adamant in acknowledging this and were forcing to take the trip at my own risk and refused to even postpone my trip to a different date. When requested for a refund considering the Virus break out, I was refused for any refund as it didn't meet their refund policy.
