I traveled on a SUGAMA bus yesterday i.e 25th Jul

I cane to know that lost my mobile check before my landing in bus and i checked with co-passengers and didn't get my mobile
And the driver also said checked and he couldn't get on the bus

    He'llo sir or madam i lost my luggage on sugama tourist from Dharwad to Bangalore R-26 from bailhongal to Bangalore route..bus number is KA 51 and 4 digit of the bus 4736 ..who is responsible for the luggages which i kept it down .back door of bus..kindly answer my question..kindly compensation my amount of the bus..done through paytm.worst services ever..kindly refund rs 840
