Rude bus drivers complain against Vrl travels, Hsr Layout, Bangalore

First of all vrl travel sends you pick up vehicle and the driver assigned are so rude that they abuse.
We reached the pick up point at 7.pm. 15 mins early.
Our pick up time was 7.15 pm.
So at 7.20 pm I called the driver -7483598950 to know where the bus reached .
The driver denies to tel the location n replies rudely "I can't say the location,we are stuck in traffic.cant you wait, you r supposed to wait."

I just asked because it was late already n if he tells where he reached I will be able to estimate the arrival time.
But bus was 45 mins late. it was 8.pm now. I call the same number n he says he is 25 mins away from the pick up location.

Then at 8.15pm I get call from vrl office staff that bus has come ,please contact the driver.

I call the driver 7483598950- same number.
He is not picking the call.
So I called another number of the driver from the msg - 9900968937.
N replies rudely that bus has already reached 15 mins n he will not wait for us, he will leave n go. . N further abuses "can't u be punctual. So irresponsible. If u guys don't come now.. I shall leave the place. Catch another bus."

I'm shocked with drivers behaviour. I have reached the location 15 minutes early n the driver comes one hour
Late n abuses you in front of passengers.

This is very wrong. Treating customers so badly. Assigning such rude drivers n making the passenger's journey so worst.
Please take action against such rude drivers (9900968937/ 7483598950 ) pick up vehicle number- KA 25/D 0805
We don't deserve this. Very dissapointing to face such bad experience with vrl team.
