I paid full amount for 2 seats but did not get any seat in the bus even after waiting 5 hours at the bus stop.
I read reaching Redbus customer support 8 to 9 times and few of the times got in contact with their executive, they just told me to wait for the bus. I kindly requested to them on multiple occasion for refund but my calls and emails are not getting answered by them.

My complaint no. at redbus is: Reference Number: 3556341
and there are many other complaint numbers (that will be provided on request) for my complaints, few of those were closed by redbus but the resolutions were invalid.

The seats I paid for, I never received.
I reached 30mins before the departure time and stayed there, kept on waiting for bus even after (approx 4 hours) after the the departure time.

I kindly request you to do the needful.
