Cheated by giving false commitment and looted my money

I am cheated by this company by giving false commitment.

I had paid 25 thousand to priority international and in return they promised me

1) 1 thousand of D-mart vouchers every month for two years.
2) Seven days holidays without paying anything extra.
3) Special occasion vouchers like Diwali and New year.

But in truth they are providing nothing, and asking me 7 thousand more if I want to go on holidays. This was not what they promised me earlier.

When I went to their office asking for refund, they asked me to drop mail. When I dropped mail, they say they are looking into it. And after three four mails of follow up, finally they say the policy is non cancellable and non refundable. This clearly shows their non professional attitude and they are cheating with people. I gave them 1 thousand in cash and 24 thousand with credit card. But in document it shows I have paid only 24k.

I searched on web and I found countless complaints against this company.
Now my question is how this company is still surviving even after so many complaints for years and still looting people.

Can you help me getting my money back and stop this company from looting other innocent people who work hard just for the happiness of their families.
