Girikand travels planned a tour to jammu and Kashmir with my family

I had planned a tour to jammu and Kashmir with my family in the month of april n may. As on previous experience i preferred girikand travels pune for dis tour.
Bt the service provided by them during this tour was horrible. No proper hotels no proper food.
Almost all the lunch was provided at dhaba types restaurants wic not even had a facility for washrooms.
All the bus provided for transport was not as mentioned in itinerary.
Also on the last day there was no tour guide with us n no proper facility or Vaishnodevi mata temple darshan.
There are lots of more problems that v faced on this tour.

The compensation given by girikand is just 6000₹ which I think is not enough compensation provided for the type of facility they have given.
