I booked bus ticket on Nov 22nd 2016 from Nanded to Pune, pnr no:
I had visited Amber Travels Workshop Corner office, Nanded on Nov 22nd 2016 at 4 pm for booking the bus ticket from Nanded to Pune. While booking the ticket due to non availability of exchange of Rs. 2000 they suggested me to book the ticket through Online mode. So after discussion and help by the Amber Travels Owner i booked the ticket in Amber-Rajlaxmi (Rs. 950/-) via Mobikwik. The bus timing was 8.10 pm so as per the booked ticket i went at Pickup Point at Prince Amber Travels on 7.30 pm. At 8.15 pm i asked the Authorised person of amber Travels for bus arrival information and he guided and told me to sit in the desired bus which was just arrived. After sitting in the bus the helper of the bus told me that this is not the bus which i booked. So i enquire about the same to the Authorised person but he didn’t know about it so he gave me the Head office no to contact and ask for the same. After talking to Head office they informed that the bus was changed and its already left. So i was shocked and ask him to guide me. But he didn’t respond properly and behaved very rudely. He even didn’t try to help us and just ask us to leave the office. So i was very depressed and ask them about any option. But he scolded us and asks for do anything. So after all this issue i directly went to Police Station and lodged complaint against them.
Overall he cheated us and harassed us very much on that day.
So kindly suggest me how to file complaint against them in Consumer Court.?
