Online travelyaari.com not refund 100% amount, booked Andaman standard delight package

hello sir/madam
i booked Andaman standard delight package (booking reciept no:TY194)(5n/6d) (journey date 9/12/16 to 014/12/16) on travelyaari.com at 30/09/2016. the total amount of package is 23500 rs which is paid one month before of journey.

on 7/12/2016 there was breaking news shown on television that due to generate low pressure in Andaman starts heavy rain in Andaman and their famous tourist point havlock and nails island.due to this heavy rain around 1500 tourist stranded in havelock and nails island.the Andaman administration "declared L1 disaster" and start the rescue operation for 1400 people which stuck at havelock and nalis iseland from past 3 to 4 days. finally indian navy start the rescue operation with help of four navy ships.the weather condition of Andaman is remain bad but my travel company still not inform me about this condition. from 7/12/16 to 8/12/16 the weather condition remain same and thats why travel company also cant give any conformation about my tour. thats why i decide to cancel my tour with concern with tour company because they also unable to give any confirmation.

i ask travelyaari to refund 100% amount of tour package that time they told me that as per our cancellation policy we cant return 100% amount. actually in company cancellation policy mansion only weather condition but this is not normal weather condition. its varuna cyclone condition.we all see the effect of varuna cyclone on television but still company not agreed and they only return me 10350 out of 23500 rs.same time i canceled my air tickets that time due to this bad weather condition desired airline also refund my 100% amount of tickets..but travelyaari not refund my 100% amount

i try to attached booking confirmation mail and email conversation with travelyaari but uploading is fail..

so may i request pls help me on that.
