I have booked ticket from delhi to indore on date of 2nd June 2021 from Air India Career. I have paid rs. 4210 from my bank account against this booking
Booking reference number : REF929455665.
Due to unknown reason my booking got cancelled from travolook side. They assured me on mail and on call, that I will get whole ticket amount be refunded in your account with in 7 days. As this cancellation was from their end.
But still I am waiting for my refund and they are not giving any satisfying answer for delay. I have all conversation and communication with them ready with me.
Kindly help me getting my refund back.
