Money deducted from paytm wallet but irctc shows no response from server

I was booking tatkal ticket through irctc app.i choose paytm wallet as payment option.But money deducted from paytm wallet and ticket didn't booked .When I saw in failed transaction irctc showing that payment is pending from bank side..So where does the money goes.and when I will get refund
