I have incurad my phone by oneassist incurance company and they said me that they will complete claim in 30 days but now they are not giving my phone they picked my phone on 14 july and today is 24 August but still they are not giving my phone back pleas halp me.and they also said me that they will give me phone for use but they didn't gives to me.
