Refund from Irctc that the journey has not completed due to late arrival of the other train by which

Sir ! Why I do not deserve a refund. My journey starts from Itarsi where my train (02197) is to start at 4:40 AM and to reach Jabalpur at 8 am. My second train (02390) is to start from Jabalpur at 8.40 am. That means a 40-minutes gap, even in this corona, where all trains are almost reaching before. Now my misfortune, which that my train (number 02197) was started at 5:30 am instead of 4:40 AM and reached Jabalpur around 9 am and my other train (02390) started before I reached Jabalpur I.e.8:40 AM. Now What is my personal fault in this and why am I not entitled to refund? Please bother to return my refund to me. PNR for My train number 02197 is 4113027329. And PNR for my train number 02390 is 4833000569. And my contact number is "9901023217" and registered email id with irctc is "vikas0686@yahoo.com"
