Bus booking cancelled

Dear sir.



I booked Verma Travels bus from Indore to Bhopal (2:40 pm) with makemay trip app for 28 Dec 2020 which was 1 hour before the bus started
I received a call from Verma Travels that your bus was canceled. I was told that when my money will come, where did the person of Verma travel said that your money will come after 7 days and we are just canceling the booking, then I said that it is okay but my money has not come back yet. Help me please
