Make my trip is not refunding cancelled ticket amount

Sir,

Flight ticket was booked from Makemytrip on 04.06.3020 vide
Booking id: NF70116275699610
PNR NO: M9MIJG

as the flight got cancelled GOAIR have cancelled the ticket and refunded full smt if Rs 23269.00 to make mytrip account on 12.06.2020.


After contacting makemytrip on 17.06.2020 they informed that amt will be refunded soon.

We have contacted makemytrip many a times via mail/chat/phone but no response from their end.

Sir please help in getting full refund amount as makemytrip is holding my amount
