Recharge UTS mob no 8697166106 Rs 300 but not effect in wallet balance

Sir/Madam,
I am an UTS user. My mobile no. is 8697166106. I recharge Rs. 30O on 14.02.21 through your wallet and deduct from my bank balance. But It is not reflect on UTS wallet where only show "rechage initial". It will be thankful for me please effect the rechage amount Rs 300 on wallet balance otherwise return the amount in my bank.
