Dear sir/mam,

Greetings!!!!

On 08/11/2017 using UTS Application i have booked monthly ticket but after the all process.. I received an msg on the mobile screen your ticket is not booked, if Amonut will be deducted than it will send back to you as soon as possible...but after 23 days still i don't get my amount..
