Flight cancelled by airline, not providing refund

PNR JL3R7 of Airindia was cancelled by airline on the date of travel.Since it was an important business trip, I had to take the alternate option and fly with more than double the cost.The airline (airindia) & Agent (Paytm) both are not responding to my refund plea and not refunding the amount.Request you to kindly do the needful.Its been more than 2 months since I am approaching both the parties on email,calls & social media.Also request you to kindly look for compensation from airline since its their fault and on day of travel they did their trick.
