श्रीमान महोदय मैंने सैमसंग की 2 LED TV 32 inch ख़रीदा था date-07/12/2017 को और बैक पैनल की गारंटी 1 साल की थी महोदय हमने इसकी ऑनलाइन कम्प्लेन भी की samsumg care में की वहाँ से enggineer आया और TV देखा तो कह रहा है की ये TV हमारे कंपनी की नहीं है उसके बाद engineer ने कहा जिस दूकान से TV ख़रीदा है आप वही से संपर्क करिये वही दुकानदार ही वापस करेगा तो फिर हमने दूकान पे TV ले कर के सम्पर्क किया तो दुकानदार ने TV को 17/04/2018 को जमा किया तब फिर दुकानदार ने 19/05/2018 कॉल किया और बता रहे है पैनल की गारंटी नहीं होती है
अतः श्रीमान जी से विनम्र निवेदन है की उपरोक्त अनुसार शक्त से शक्त कार्यवाही की जाये ।

    It’s not Samsung brand TV its china product that’s mentioned on bill.. it’s have no guarantee warranty .was already share the customer...is samsung have 32” in 11500?
