I booked SANSUI SMC32HB12XAF(82 cm) from shopclues.com while TV that is delivered by shopclues.com on 9/Sept/2016 is LEDTVS3223K(81 cm).
I have sent return request to shopclues.com on 10/Sept/2016 and ask them for refund
but whenever i call to customer care they say that it will be proceed soon ..but nothing happens i called more than 15 times and continuously sending mail since 10 September but no response.
