Hi Team,

It is regarding my Sony TV model # KDL-32EX420 repaired by Sony authorized service center "N.R.I. Electronics" in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh -201001.

Attached is the copy of Performa Invoice.

I had complaint about the colours and line coming on my TV screen. The technician from service center visited my home for TV inspection and after complete inspection he confirmed problem in TV board and assured me that problem can be rectified by repairing the same and he also gave me the estimation cost for repair work (INR 1500- 1600) and he took TV board along with him.

After few days, he visited again to assemble TV board in TV but we found same problem was still there and he again took board.

On Nov 21, 2017, some other technician visited my home and assembled board again, but the result was same even worse this time as now TV displaying duplicate images in motion. The technician told there is problem in TV panel then and cost of replacement would be INR 15,000-16,000.

My concern is if there was problem in TV panel then why technician repaired TV board and what is the guarantee the problem would be fixed by replacing TV panel.

Still I had to pay INR 1610 for this useless repair work and later on I also found that there is an issue in Performa Invoice amount total, it should have been INR 1560 approx. but I am charged INR 1610.

This is not acceptable from world class brand like Sony as I have been using Sony products since last 20 years and never experienced this situation earlier.

I thought of bringing these concerns in your knowledge with some hope that Sony would take necessary actions and help me.
