Dear sir,
This has reference my complained No. 32045236, dated 5.5.16 with Sony India. They repaired my LCD TV but again has come to halt as another part has started malfunctioning while I had asked about new problem at my first repair with Sony engineer and they had denied. Now they are asking money for 2nd part which I had denied on 1st stage. This is totally misguiding and cheating of customer in the name of Service. I want company should be panalised for the wrong.
