मैंने एक सोनी एलईडी टीवी अमेज़ोन से सितंबर 2017 मे खरीदा टीवी इन्स्टाल हुआ तब एलईडी पैनेल मे काला धब्बा दिखायी दिया सोनी सर्विस इंजीनियर के कहने पर ऑनलाइन सोनी सर्विस को कोम्प्लेन किया उसके बाद सोनी इंजीनियर आए व जाच किए व पैनेल बदलने की बात कहे लेकिन सोनी सर्विस के तरफ से बताया गया की टीवी मे कोई खराबी नहीं है व आज तक ठीक नहीं किया गया है और कहा गया की आपने ऑनलाइन खरीदा है इसलिए वारंटी नहीं दिया जाता है और अमेज़ोन बार बार सोनी से बात कर ठीक करने का आस्वाशन दे रहा है अब मुझे उपभोक्ता फोरम मे कोम्प्लेन करना चाहता हु
