Dear sir,
I have purchased a LED of Koryo company from your store situated in venice mall Greater Noida dtd on 05.11.2018 as per bill no 29836 MID No 037011000222587.
In the month of December 2018, working of LED failed. We complaint to the company and company's send a mechanic for repair.but he told that the panel of LED defected and it will be replace by the company.
I again made a complaint on 03.01.2019 but there is no solution till now.
BIG BAZAAR have a special and big image in the market but this type of companies is spoiling your image.
Sir,mentally they are harrasing me.now i want to pick the LED from my residence or try to change the panel so that LED works properly.
Kindly solve my problem.
