Not resolving issue, no customer care support, I purchased a sansui led on 9th of February 2016

I purchased a sansui led on 9th of February 2016 with 5 year warranty. In November 2018, it stopped working, i called in service center they asked me for Rs. 1300 as service charge and told me to wait minimum 2 months. Its been almost two month my sansui led tv is in service center and i asked them to fix it.. The person named Ajay Chauhan (mobile no. 7065022527 ) told me that they don't have the parts (panel) to fix it. So they can't fix it and said me to pay 50% cost of led which is approx. Rs 19000 to get the new one. It is totally unfair, its not my fault, why should i pay? I will lodge the complaint against the company in the court, if the issue doesn't get resolved

And many times i called on customer service number (01139404040) they people are totally illiterate, they even don't know how to talk to the customers, they misbehave with the customer. An executive named Durgesh was shouting and wasnot ready to hear at all and when i asked him to transfer the call, he disconnected the call. They people don't tell their employee ID. They tortured me mentally. I will lodge the complaint against the company in the court, if the issue doesn't get resolved. Please help me as soon as possible.
