I have purchased a Samsung Smart Tv from Flipkart before 2 months. Since then I faced technical issues several times. Firstly, within 1 month of purchase the remote stopped working and within 2 months suddenly the TV stopped getting on. I am pretty much sure the seller from Flipkart sold the manufacturing defect product. I contacted Flipkart about the issue, but they refused to give any solution. Then, I contacted Samsung service center and they have sent their service person in 7 days. The service person said it is a manufacturing defect and they would repair in 3 days, but after 3 days I got a call from service center that it would require around 15 days to 1 month to repair the TV.
Now, my question is “Why should I face such inconvenience within few days after purchasing a brand new Tv (Samsung) from such a reputed ecommerce platform (Flipkart)? Who is responsible?”
Do we customers even have value in Today’s date? These companies are decently fooling us in broad day light.
Since, the product has manufacturing defect Samsung should replace it with a new TV set or refund my money back. Even Flipkart should refund for selling such defective product in its platform. Also, Flipkart should take the responsibility to ban such dubious seller on its website.
