My Samsung DVD purchased in 2009, went out of order and was taken by service centre in 2011. Since then ii has not been returned to me. I have lost my money, time and mental peace & THE DVD HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED TILL NOW. Mr. Sameer Jain,
VOC- Customer Satisfaction Team (East),Samsung India Electronics committed in writing to resolve the issue but without any result. I may be compensated with an updated DVD compatible to all media formats or by the amount claimed.
