Found Dublicate Tv tube inside a new IBALL tv

Hello sir,
I bought a new IBALL tv (Rs. 5500/-)from VISION MART, Namrup, Dibrugarh, Assam in january, 2015.when the power cable burnt. Due to the reasion open the Tv cover & seen that tv tube was dublicate which is signed by a tv mechanic on 10.10.2014 & it is of Samsung company.Also seen that the circuit was not original because the tube was not sit in there.just hanged up.there is a option in the circuit to scew.but not in the cover.inside the cover was broken.2 cover screw was missing & 3 speaker screw not there.i have warranty card & cash memo of dated 13.01.2015.i've attached the picture.kindly give me a solution.contact no 7578001038
