As per web advertisement I have purchased one videocon 32''HD LED TV through DHAMAAL Shope.com on 23rd August,16 & the amount of Rs 6749/-paid through HDFC credit card vide order confirmation no DS53770 but inspite of several reminder still I have not received the product/refund amount. Needs your help to get the product or refund amount.
