1) My Sony 40" LCD TV became faulty & a replacement have been offered by Sony Authorised Service Centre, Tinsukia against an amount of Rs-41,925/-(including discount), as the spare support is no longer available.
2) But, on a I have discovered that the discounted amount charged by Sony is much more than the online purchase rates offered by others.

It amounts to violation of Monopolistic and Restrictive Trade Practice law. As a customer I am being compelled to pay more amount to the manufacturer itself than other suppliers for same product of Sony brand.

I feel cheated after choosing to buy Sony brand of product for which I may be compensated by the company.
