Den CAF No. 00281024 for new connection debasis biswas for new connection.Due to feasibility problem new connection is not possible. After repeated instruction cheque deposited and taken payment. Cheque no 089999 OBC amount of Rs. 766. Please refund as early as possible.No body is giving response. Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action against defaulter.
