Complaint regarding plan change individual and made bill extra

i am using apra auto plan since march 2016 on 17 i seen my plan changed.they said it was changed by 12 october but i didnt send any mail for change.without my permission they changed my plan for money.when some one changed plan they sent mail to corporate with registered mail id and call come back for confirmation but in these there is no call for this.they only changed by yourself and made extra amount.i have snapshorts and voice recording.i want solution now i am fed with up vodafone service.unless they charged extra for every month.when i asked him with whom permission they changed they didnt reply and also deny to register complain
